Cookie Policy

This website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality:

• A/B Test Assignment (ab_diagnostic): Stores which version of the Spec Check you see. No personal data. Expires after 30 days.
• Session ID (ab_session_id): A random identifier for anonymous usage analytics. No personal data. Expires when you close your browser.
• Product analytics (PostHog): Measures which pages are read and which links are followed, so the site can be improved. It stores an anonymous identifier in your browser. It is switched off completely inside the client portal.
• Portal sign-in (client portal only): Keeps you signed in after you use your login link. Set only if you have a portal account and only once you sign in.

We do not use advertising cookies or social media cookies, and we never sell or share your data with third parties.

Privacy

When you provide your email address (through the Spec Check or beta signup), it is stored in our database in Frankfurt, Germany, and used only to send you the content you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Your Spec Check answers are worked out in your browser. The answers themselves are not kept; only your email address is.

Coaching clients have a private portal holding their session notes and signed documents. What is stored there, for how long, and how to take it out or have it erased is set out on the privacy page.

GDPR Rights
